2. No Hidden Customs Fees (DDP)

Lumina Supply operates on a DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) basis for all Australian orders.

  • All-Inclusive Pricing: The price you see at checkout is the final price.
  • GST & Duties: All applicable Australian GST and customs duties are included in the purchase price. You will not be required to pay any additional fees to the courier or customs authorities upon delivery.

3. Processing Time & Order Cut-Off

To ensure your order reaches you as quickly as possible, we adhere to the following schedule:

  • Order Cut-Off Time: 08:00 PM (AEST - Australian Eastern Standard Time).
  • Processing Time: 1–3 business days (Monday – Friday).
  • Note: Orders placed on weekends or Australian public holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

4. Transit & Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and handed to our logistics partners, the transit times are as follows:

  • Estimated Transit Time: 6–10 business days.
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–13 business days from the date of purchase.
  • Please note that these are estimates. Factors such as regional location, weather, or courier delays may occasionally affect delivery times.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking link. This allows you to monitor your delivery status in real-time.

6. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrives damaged or is incorrect, please notify us within 30 days of delivery at info@lumina-supply.com. We will provide instructions for a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
